Tarika brings 15+ years of experience in product and data innovation, having worked with 100+ clients across regulated sectors in energy, aerospace, health, telecoms & gaming. Including:

She specialises in redefining product, data & AI strategies to unlock untapped value, aligning customer needs with organisational goals. 


Tarika's data journey began in monetising mobile games, but evolved into designing app store compliance standards, predicting battery lifecycles, improving digital wellbeing & advancing net zero leadership through the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership.

Paul specialises in building high performing teams & market-fit products in complex, regulated sectors. From leading portfolio strategy at Citi Ventures & product at Europe’s largest app scaleup & for brands like EA & Universal, Paul bridges AI, product & risk - from fintech & telecoms to ESG & deep tech.
